Spaghetti con ragu' di gamberi( spaghetti with prawn sauce)



300 gr prawn
200 gr ripe tomatos sauce peeled and choped
1cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
2 tbs basil
salt
pepper
2 tbs olive oil extra virgin
500 gr spagetti

1. boil spaghetti

 2.heat olive oil a large frying pan with prawn. Cook until brown and place on the bowl.



3.in the same pan saute' the garlic and red pepper until the garlic pale gold

 4. add the tomato .cook for 10 minutes


 5. add the prawn cook for 10 minutes and after that add spagetti 


 6. mix it and add basil,toss for 1-2 minutes.
7. serve it.

Making pasta by hand


Ater took pasta course..I must to practice for make me better...
My husband last week , he went to mountain to relax and went home with morels mushrom and ....
to make green pasta

now start make pasta

but I changed idea and make ravioli and put some porcini on it..

My life of cooking

I like so much to take cooking course....like my pasion..but after go home sometimes so lazy to practice at home....It same with I buy cooking book...buy it, read it...without pratice.....but now I try to practice all what I've had studied..because all knowledge will be gone

In Italy I take( only) 3 course with deffrent subject, 3 years ago I took Pizza course at Pizza school at Lecce,Puglia.
6 moth ago I took 6 month course for pastry chef school at UniversitĂ  di Sapori,Perugia,Umbria.


And last week I took pasta maker course at La vecchia scuola Bolognese, Bologna.and there are foto when i was take pasta course at Bologna
