Tachino con scamorza e prosciuto fritti











In my refrigerator only turkey, scamorza cheese,prosciutto and egg....
Actually I wanted to make Chicken Cordon Bleu but all ingredient only there.
So I changed it and now Tachino con schamorza e prociutto fritti( Turkey with scamorza cheese and prosciutto)
Process same like cordon bleu, put scamorza in prosciutto and fill on the turkey fillet.
Cover turkey with eggs and than cover it with normal flour and last bread crumb.
Fried half cooked and after that put in oven 120°C around 20 minutes.

Today at 7 am my bf is coming,mmm but wait ....nothing for eating at my refrigerator....and neather my coffee...hiksss...

but..is ok we went to bar near my home ( here bar open at 6 am and for drink coffee) . I was drink capuccino wit baba' and he choosen pesca( its mean peach, cake look like peach)........slurrrruppp

my christmas desserts...









Uahhhhhhhhhhh...finally all my desserts finished.......i made coux pastry and praline chocolate cream...after that I made teddy bear and rose from marzipan.Long time i dinn't make it so i must read teh book again....but finally all finished......Buon Natale!!!!!!!!!!

Eating roll pizza in Venice














Italian Pizza is not always flat and around. In Venice after walked around and all my money almost finished. Pizza is the best choice, only 2E we can eat standing, but if we want sitting down and see the panorama Venice we must pay 2E more. Pizza Venice is roll and inside there is same like normal pizza mozarella cheese , tomatoes, and the taste what we choose. I chosen mushrom pizza with mozarella. Eating with view of Venice......mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Easy roasted chicken with coffee sauce


Today is my lazy day.....but my stomach hungry so much....so i called my mom ( she in in Indonesiasia....)to asking my fav recipes,

Easy roasted chicken with coffee sauce:

Ingredient:
half chicken cut 4
ketchup 200 gr
coffee 2 tbs
onion as you like, slice thin ( aroud half)
garlic 1, salt , sugar 1 tbs
Paprica( if u like it)

How to make:
mix all ingredient an put on chicken and roast it on oven ( 180 C) around 40 minutes

Gelato the world campion at San Gimignano, Tuscany














All books said one of the best place in Tuscany, Italy is San Gimignano, the view is so nice, at the hills with a lot of tower ( 300m high) from 200-300 Bc.
MMM books right...but...I more interesting with another...the gelato shop which the winner world campion gelato.
With bus ( i lived in Siena, Tuscany) around 2 hours.Finally i found it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The gelateria( gelato shop) is the center of the city San Gimignano.The name is Gelateria di Piazza( because at piazza). I bought 1 cup is 2 taste there are pistacchio and lemon.And the taste so gooooooooooood!!!!!!!!!! I think the milk not too fat but so creammy. A lot of taste we can choose. One my friend try rosemary and taste...like rosemary

my first panettone



Christmas in Italy must be with panettone.All my fiends said i really hard to make, not only the technic but also it take a lot of time. One week ago I went to book shop, and I bought the magazine ( name of magazine is Torte della Nonna, with italian language). and I found recipes of Panettone. Not too really hard ( as said my friends) just need a little bit patient . And there is the recipes:



Panettone ( for 8 person)
( from : Torte della Nonna)

350gr flour hard protein
80gr sugar
100gr raisin
60gr sultana
120gr butter
60gr yeast
3tbs milk
1 egg
3 yellow eggs
1 limone
salt


1 mix sugar, yeast,100 gr flour in the bowl
2 add milk
3 kneed
4 add all eggsand after that butter
5 kneed
6 add 100 gr flour
7 kneed
8 add 100gr flour
9 kneed and leave for 2 hours until double volume
10. add raisin , sultana, and lemon
11 put in paper pan of panettone( for 500 gr)
12 leave for 2 hours
13 bake 220 c after 10 minutes less temperatur a 180 c
until the color is brown
