SIGEP( Italian Food,bakery,gelato ,pastry exhibition) Rimini

From 23 to 27 January at Rimini there was International Food,Bakery,Pastry,and gelato exhibition. That the bigger anual exhibition for food in Italy. There was show a lot of new methode , mechine, and technic for the profesional. For the ticket I must pay 31 Euro for 1 day.Not only show but we can see world cup of gelato, bread and national cup of Pizza making. I feel like a girl in candy factory....so many things I can see, even the weather so bad outside there. Still make me so excite.......and this the foto

Gelato.....Italian Ice cream ....make all love it....from young to old......not only at summer but winter too...

Ice cream with base milk ...makes all crazy....From lemone, chocolate, zuppa englese,...nutella,....until  the not common taste like peperonchino alias chili ....basil....rosmary.... like or not like it depent of u......gelato....slurpppppppppppppp

Ingridient

1lt       milk

250 gr flour

100 gr sugar

1 tsp baking powder

salt

rum

mix all ingridient,and heat in pan for crepes or teflon.

serve warm with ice cream,fruit and fresh cream

All day long in paris.....make me feel sweet...breakfast with croissant......lunch with baguet......tea time with crepes , shooping cheese in supermarket..candy in disneyland..macaroon...wine..and dinner with meat fondue.......

Before i go to Italy my friend and me,we made foto of the pizza, I made pizza, and he made foto...long time not too saw it..and finally he sant the foto..there...are....and enjoy it....!!!!!!
