Tachino con scamorza e prosciuto fritti











In my refrigerator only turkey, scamorza cheese,prosciutto and egg....
Actually I wanted to make Chicken Cordon Bleu but all ingredient only there.
So I changed it and now Tachino con schamorza e prociutto fritti( Turkey with scamorza cheese and prosciutto)
Process same like cordon bleu, put scamorza in prosciutto and fill on the turkey fillet.
Cover turkey with eggs and than cover it with normal flour and last bread crumb.
Fried half cooked and after that put in oven 120°C around 20 minutes.
