homemade gelato with blueberry sauce





 


Ingridient:

3 eggs yellow
100 gr sugar
200 gr fresh cream
300 gr  milk
1 teasponon vanila extact

How to make:
1. beat eggs and sugar with electric mixer until with.
2. boil fresh cream and milk and add eggs mix  and vanila ecstrac with slow heat



3 . let it cooler after that put in refrigerator for 5 hours and every 1 hour beat with electric mixer ( or use ice cream machine)
 



4.serve it blueberry sauce




Blueberry sauce:
250 gr fresh blueberry
100 gr sugar
1 tbs lemon juice
salt


how to make
mix blueberry ,sugar and lemon juice,and salt in saucepan boil until mix well around 1 hours, serve it.

Spaghetti con ragu' di gamberi( spaghetti with prawn sauce)



300 gr prawn
200 gr ripe tomatos sauce peeled and choped
1cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
2 tbs basil
salt
pepper
2 tbs olive oil extra virgin
500 gr spagetti

1. boil spaghetti

 2.heat olive oil a large frying pan with prawn. Cook until brown and place on the bowl.



3.in the same pan saute' the garlic and red pepper until the garlic pale gold

 4. add the tomato .cook for 10 minutes


 5. add the prawn cook for 10 minutes and after that add spagetti 


 6. mix it and add basil,toss for 1-2 minutes.
7. serve it.

step by step making simple French Macaroon

A lot my friend asked me how to making macaroon...so now for the second time I send the making or macaroon
( from Marta stewart book)


Ingridient:

140 gr confection sugar
160 gr almond flour
3         large eggs white
55   gr granulated sugar
pinch of salt
vanilla extract

how to make:

1 prehear the oven 150° C . sift conf sugar into a bowl and almond flour put in same place.

2 beat egg white on medium speed add salt. and last granulated sugar 1 teaspoon at a time , until tha white reach medium sof peak. tranfer to large bowl

3 sprinkle half sugar and almond mix to egg white,with rubber spatulla, add vanila.

4 transfer mixture to a large pastry bag.

5 bake for 20-25 minutes
