Polpette(meatballs..)







Time...to polpette......now in my rifrigrerato only left 500 gr of mince beef,and tomato sauce...mmmm
Option only one ..is Polpette..!!!( meatballs...)

Polpette

Ingredients:
Polpette:

500 gr minced beef
75 gr grated parmesan cheese
1 cloves garlic
salt
butter for fired
1 egg
oregano
pepper
flour

Tomato sauce:

1 can tomato sauce for pasta
1 clove garlic(sliced)
1 tbs olive oil
salt,
oregano.

1.Beef,egg,parmesan,garlic,oregano,mix well
2. add flour,pepper and salt
3.make it like small ball like meat ball
4. fried with butter
5. in another place prepa pasta
6. sauté garlic with olive oil
7 add tomato sauce
8 add oraegano, and salt
9 add fried meet balls
10. serve hot
