my first panettone



Christmas in Italy must be with panettone.All my fiends said i really hard to make, not only the technic but also it take a lot of time. One week ago I went to book shop, and I bought the magazine ( name of magazine is Torte della Nonna, with italian language). and I found recipes of Panettone. Not too really hard ( as said my friends) just need a little bit patient . And there is the recipes:



Panettone ( for 8 person)

350gr flour hard protein
80gr sugar
100gr raisin
60gr sultana
120gr butter
60gr yeast
3tbs milk
1 egg
3 yellow eggs
1 limone
salt


1 mix sugar, yeast,100 gr flour in the bowl
2 add milk
3 kneed
4 add all eggsand after that butter
5 kneed
6 add 100 gr flour
7 kneed
8 add 100gr flour
9 kneed and leave for 2 hours until double volume
10. add raisin , sultana, and lemon
11 put in paper pan of panettone( for 500 gr)
12 leave for 2 hours
13 bake 220 c after 10 minutes less temperatur a 180 c
until the color is brown
