chocolate ganash cake
3 eggs
126 gr sugar
83 gr flour
1 tsp b.powder
40 gr cacao powder
33 gr butter
topping:
250 gr whipping cream
250 gr cooking chocolate
how to make:
1. beat eggs with sugar with mixer
2. add flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder mix with spoon
3 add butter
4 put in oven for 180 C
topping:
in the sauce pan mix boil chocolate and whippend crean until mix well, coller it for 1 night, beat with mixer, ready for decorate
