Its spring....!!! and time to pick basil....fot pesto....yummy.....!!!!!!!!
Pesto Genovese:
100 gr. fresh basil
50 gr pine nuts
50 gr pecorino cheese
50 gr parmesan cheese
salt
2 cloves garlic
2 cup olive oil
Direction:
Process all in food processor, until smoothing, serve it.
