bologna....
chiffon cake ( angel food cake)
chiffon cake is my fav cake, ussually use a lot of eggs but now I use with yellow and white...the taste...so delicious....
pasta dough:
50 gr sugar or honey
20 gr maezena
180 gr flour
1 tsp baking powder
100 ml vegetable oil
100 ml coconut milk
8 egg yolks
vanilla
: egg white batter:
8 egg whites
100 gr sugar
1 teaspoon salt
how to make:
1.pasta dough mix all ingredients in bowl and stir with wooden spoon until smooth
2.Beat egg whites and salt with electric mixer, add sugar.
3.add Egg white batter slowly to pasta dough by folding stirring. (From below to above average finite)
4.put into the pan without polishing
5.bake about 90 minutes 150 Celsius
6.after cooked remove from oven, turn the heat on the pan in a state with a foot prop pan, allow to cool.
7. serve it

lasagna
one..of the my fav food....but must prepared before, I used fresh lasagna pasta, and bechamel sauce with ragu.....
ingredient:
pasta lasagna
sauce bolognesse( ragu)
bechamel sauce
sauce bolognese ( ragu):
600 gr minced beef
150 gr onions( choped)
50 gr p arsley
1 can tomatoes pure
1 glass of red wine
70 gr carrot (chopped)
salt
pepper
How to make:
1.Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium. Add onion,carrot,parsley; cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
2.Add meat, and cook, stirring and breaking it up, until just cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3Add tomatoes and their puree, breaking up tomatoes with a spoon; bring to a boil.
4 add salt adn pepper
5. add red wine cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about min 2 hours ( if to tick add water)
bechamel sauce
1 lt milk
90 butter
60 gr flour
salt,pepper
how to make:
1.In a large saucepan,flour in butter over medium heat until translucent, without browning, 3 to 5 minutes.
2 Add milk in thirds, whisking constantly. When fully incorporated, cook without browning, 3 to 5 minutes, until floury taste is gone

eat seafood at Rimini
Its summer....time to go the beach ant eating fresh seafood. Last weekend I went to Rimini, to eat spaghetti frutta di mare, rissoto and mix grigilia....yummmyyyyyyyyy
just go to instant..

3 eggs
126 gr sugar
83 gr flour
1 tsp b.powder
40 gr cacao powder
33 gr butter
topping:
250 gr whipping cream
250 gr cooking chocolate
how to make:
1. beat eggs with sugar with mixer
2. add flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder mix with spoon
3 add butter
4 put in oven for 180 C
topping:
in the sauce pan mix boil chocolate and whippend crean until mix well, coller it for 1 night, beat with mixer, ready for decorate

homemade gelato with blueberry sauce
Ingridient:
3 eggs yellow
100 gr sugar
200 gr fresh cream
300 gr milk
1 teasponon vanila extact
How to make:
1. beat eggs and sugar with electric mixer until with.
2. boil fresh cream and milk and add eggs mix and vanila ecstrac with slow heat
3 . let it cooler after that put in refrigerator for 5 hours and every 1 hour beat with electric mixer ( or use ice cream machine)
4.serve it blueberry sauce
Blueberry sauce:
250 gr fresh blueberry
100 gr sugar
1 tbs lemon juice
salt
how to make
mix blueberry ,sugar and lemon juice,and salt in saucepan boil until mix well around 1 hours, serve it.
